Deine Verantwortung

  • Prüfung bestehender Prozesse innerhalb Accounting & Controlling Real Estate sowie abteilungsübergreifend
  • Erarbeiten und Durchführung von Prozessoptimierungen sowie Erweiterung von Plausibilisierungschecks
  • Etablieren übergreifender Prozesse, Weisungen, Vorlagen und Checklisten
  • Einholen von KPIs sowie Bedürfnissen verschiedener Stakeholder
  • Definition, Einführung und Durchführung von Qualitätssicherungs- und -steigerungsmassnahmen sowie Etablierung des IKS
  • Vorantreiben von Dokumentationen Team-interner Tätigkeiten und Prozesse

Deine Qualifikation

  • Abgeschlossene Aus- resp. Weiterbildung in Betriebswirtschaft
  • Erfahrung in der Analyse und Optimierung von internen Abläufen und Prozessen
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Liegenschaftsbuchhaltung oder in der Immobilienbewirtschaftung (bevorzugt Kenntnisse Garaio REM)
  • Strukturierte und exakte Arbeitsweise sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern
  • Proaktive Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Verbreitung klarer Botschaften
  • Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten und Flair für Zahlen
  • Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität und Freude daran, Themen proaktiv voranzutreiben
  • Sehr gute MS-Kenntnisse, Erfahrungen mit SAP FI / BW und Query / PowerBI wünschenswert
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Französisch von Vorteil
