Job Description Oversee the daily operations of Customer Care, including order management and processing, claims handling, coordination with third‑party logistics providers (3PL), customer interactions, and master data maintenance. Manage and optimize tools for order intake such as EDI, OCR, and the web portal. Ensure full compliance with sales terms and conditions, maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy, while addressing customer and stakeholder inquiries or complaints. Foster effective cross‑functional communication and collaboration, maintaining strong and efficient relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Proactively inform management of any delays, anomalies, or issues that may impact operations.\ Qualifications Fluency in French, German, and English (minimum C1). Bachelor's degree / equivalent or CFC Commerce. Previous experience in customer service. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with customer‑focused orientation. Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
