**Your mission**:

- Lead the merchandise planning strategy, ensuring stock aligns with sales forecasts and customer demand.
- Work closely with the buying team to plan product launches and manage stock levels across categories.
- Monitor KPIs such as stock turnover, demand forecasts, and sales trends to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between marketing, finance, and logistics.

**Your profile**:

- 8+ years of experience in merchandise planning, with deep knowledge of inventory management and forecasting tools.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and grow a team.
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage and develop a high-performing team.
- Analytical thinking: Sharp ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Collaboration: Experience working with multiple departments to align strategies.
- Communication: Ability to communicate findings and plans effectively to stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and French at a native-speaker level is required
