Job Description

• Welcoming clients and external visitors;
• Providing beverages service;
• Updating meeting-room agendas (bookings / cancellations / specificities);
• Organizing video meetings & following up with IT services in case of issues;

Qualifications

• Experience in reception or guest services in hospitality, F&B or events sectors;
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office;
• Able to lift weights up to 4kg (for beverage services);
• Comfortable working in a standing position for long periods of time;
• Excellent presentation, team player, autonomous, discreet;
• Fluent in French and English; another language is an asset;
