We’re looking for a dynamic and hands‑on Program Lead to shape and drive improvement initiatives, align priorities with senior collaborators, and embed Lean methodologies across our organization. Align priorities with EC representatives, Site Leadership Team Visp, and Operations Heads. Conduct detailed As‑Is analysis and define clear scope, Business Case and implementation plan. Foster collaboration and involve key stakeholders and change agents across departments. Prepare and lead Steering Committee updates, advancing risks and bottlenecks proactively. Manage complexity and dependencies across local and global initiatives. Champion Lean tools and embed them into project methodology and ways of working. What we are looking for: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or Engineering, or equivalent experience. 5–10 years of experience in Project/ Program Management in a multinational environment, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry. MBA and PMP certifications are an advantage. Experience in Lean Management preferred with Green Belt certificate. Proficient in both English and German.
