La division Technology & Operations assure la conception et l’intégration d’une grande diversité de solutions informatiques allant des systèmes de gestion de portefeuille aux plateformes de trading en passant par les applications bancaires et les outils de gestion d’entreprise. A l’origine de quelques-unes des plus grandes innovations du Groupe, la division est également responsable du bon fonctionnement opérationnel ainsi que du développement des services de banque dépositaire et d’administration de fonds.

En qualité de Business Analyst au sein de la plateforme Data , domaine Master Data , de notre division Technology & Operations, vous effectuerez les tâches d’analyse fonctionnelle dans le cadre de projets relatifs à l’évolution et à la maintenance des applications numériques du groupe Pictet destinées à la clientèle privée et institutionnelle, ainsi qu’aux gérants indépendants.

Votre rôle

  • Collecter et analyser les besoins exprimés par les lignes de métier concernées dans le cadre de projets d'évolution et de maintenance.
  • Concevoir et proposer des solutions informatiques pragmatiques, en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de développement et les architectes.
  • Rédiger les spécifications fonctionnelles de manière itérative selon la méthodologie Agile, les faire valider par les sponsors et les communiquer aux équipes en charge de la réalisation (y compris intervenants hors de l’équipe principale).
  • Définir les cas de tests fonctionnels permettant de valider les solutions proposées; mener les tests d'acceptance et de non-régression (FAT).
  • Prendre en charge, documenter et analyser les incidents de production, ainsi que les demandes de support de 3e niveau.
  • Assurer le piquet pour l'application centrale du domaine Master Data.

Votre profil

  • Diplôme EPF, HES ou universitaire, ou titre jugé équivalent.
  • Au moins trois ans d’expérience en tant que business analyst, acquise en relation avec un outil de Data Management (p. ex. Neoxam).
  • Bonne compréhension des marchés financiers et des principaux produits financiers (actions, produits à revenu fixe, dérivés, devises).
  • Excellente aptitude à organiser et à animer efficacement des séances et des workshops.
  • Capacité à traiter de sujets complexes avec des interlocuteurs aux profils très variés.
  • Excellent sens de l’organisation, bonne résistance au stress et aptitude à gérer les priorités ainsi qu’à résoudre les problèmes.
  • Rigueur, autonomie et profond esprit d’équipe.
  • Expérience dans l’utilisation des méthodologies Agile, idéalement Scrum.
  • Très bonne maîtrise orale et écrite du français et de l’anglais: indispensable.
  • Domicile en Suisse requis.


Doté/e d’un excellent esprit d’analyse et de conceptualisation, vous possédez des connaissances techniques approfondies et placez la satisfaction du client en tête de vos priorités. Vous serez à même de répondre aux besoins des lignes de métier en proposant des solutions pragmatiques et fiables. Vous saurez en outre estimer les charges de travail et respecter les échéances, et pourrez ainsi mener à bien les missions qui vous seront confiées.
