Aufgaben
  • Betreuung der bestehenden Kunden in der ganzen Schweiz mit Schwerpunkt Westschweiz
  • Technische Beratung von Kunden zu unseren Produkten und Dienstleistungen
  • Evaluation und Akquisition von Neukunden verbunden mit gelegentlicher Außendiensttätigkeit
  • Erstellen und Nachfassen von Offerten, Überwachung der Liefertermine
  • Datenerfassung und -pflege im ERP und CRM
  • Technische wie auch kommerzielle Abklärungen mit dem HQ in DE und den Lieferwerken in Asien
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Dienstleistungsqualität, laufende Optimierung von Prozessen
Qualifikation
  • Fundiertes technologisches Wissen innerhalb der industriellen Automation
  • Technische Grundausbildung im industriellen Umfeld (Elektrotechnik/Elektronik oder IT)
  • Idealerweise bereits Erfahrung im technischen Vertrieb von Investitionsgütern
  • Stilsichere Französisch- und Deutschkenntnisse sind erforderlich
  • Gute Umgangsformen und Freude am Kontakt mit Menschen
  • Kundenorientierung und die Fähigkeit, Kundenbeziehungen aufzubauen und zu pflegen
  • Sehr gute MS-Office- und idealerweise auch MS- Navision-Kenntnisse (ERP)
  • Teamorientierte Arbeitsweise und Flexibilität
