To complete our team in the After Sales Business, we are looking for a proactive and dedicated

**Sales Manager - Upgrades and Revamp Projects (f/m/d)**

After a thorough training period you will be independently and fully responsible for the preparation, technical and commercial solution and coordination of sales phase of projects in the after sales business in our market segments. The focus of your international area of activity is:
Technical
- Focus on the elimination of the root causes of the compressor failures
- Identification of the necessary modification of the compressor - definition of scope
- Development of solution for compressor upgrades & revamps
- Development of solutions for compressor turnarounds & major maintenance activities
- Participate on the improvement/development of new products, services and internal processes
- Execute compressor surveys at customer site.

Commercial
- Development of technical solutions and commercial offers
- Estimation of cost and delivery time for the upgrade & revamp projects
- Follow up of issued offers and technical proposals
- Negotiation of contracts for compressor upgrades and revamp
- Transfer of received purchase orders to the project management team

Communication
- Intensive communication during the definition of the scope of upgrade, revamp and turnaround projects
- Support on customer visits and projects clarifications on site
- Maintaining connections with other departments and customer during all phases of the project (Sales and Execution)
- Participation of Technical Conferences for the presentation of the company portfolio

Ideally you have completed a mechanical engineering degree at a university of applied sciences and have several years of experience as mechanical engineer, design engineer, reliability engineer or technical specialist on end user site in industrial process plant. In addition to PC skills (Word, Excel, SAP, MS Project), good spoken and written English skills are essential. You can use your planning and organisational skills independently and in a goal-oriented way together with a strong team. International travel accounts for approximately 20%.
