Nous recherchons un(e)Claims and Operations Manager/ Commoditiesexpérimenté(e), passionné(e) par l'assurance maritime, pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique.

Ce poste clé allie la gestion des sinistres et des opérations tout en contribuant au développement commercial de notre portefeuille de clients dans le domaine descommodities(matières premières). Vous jouerez également un rôle central dans l’assistance opérationnelle pour la gestion des polices d’assurances maritimes.

Responsabilités :

  • Gestion des Sinistres: Prendre en charge la gestion des sinistres, de l'analyse à la résolution, en veillant à l’application des conditions contractuelles et à la satisfaction des clients.
  • Développement Commercial: En soutien du responsable de pole, vous serez amenéà identifier et exploiter de nouvelles opportunités commerciales, renforcer la relation avec les clients existants et soutenir les équipes commerciales dans la vente de produits d'assurance maritime.
  • Gestion des Polices: Assurer la gestion des polices d’assurance maritimes, en particulier celles liées aux commodities, avec une attention particulière à la conformité et à l’optimisation des couvertures.
  • Analyse et Reporting: Fournir des analyses régulières sur les performances des sinistres, les opportunités de croissance et les tendances du marché.
  • Support aux équipes internes: Apporter un soutien pour assurer une gestion fluide et efficace des contratsà la demande des pays
Qualifications Compétences et Qualifications Requises :
  • Expérience : Minimum 15 ans d’expérience dans la gestion des sinistres et/ou des opérations dans le secteur de l'assurance maritime.
  • Expertise en Assurance Maritime : Connaissance approfondie des risques maritimes, des produits d’assurance et des régulations en vigueur.
  • Compétences commerciales : Capacité à identifier des opportunités de développement commercial, à négocier et à maintenir des relations clients durables.
  • Bilingue : Maîtrise parfaite du français et de l'anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
  • Compétences organisationnelles : Autonomie, rigueur, capacité à prioriser et à travailler sous pression.
