Location: This position will be ideally based in Zug – Switzerland Your New Responsibilities Global responsibility for transfer pricing and related processes Ensures that transfer pricing is an integral part of the go‑to‑market strategy Enforces proper transfer pricing methodology in all countries Manages the annual transfer pricing cycle Automates the transfer pricing process to the fullest extent Represents the business unit across Siemens and all related company‑wide initiatives Oversees and supports transparency on W2W margin development and the related impacts of transfer price changes Opportunity to expand the role to Global Pricing Professional besides transfer pricing Your Talents and Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or Economics 5 years of experience in a similar role Pricing experience preferably in the building market or related industries Experience in dealing with a complex global organisational structure Knowledge of SAP SD and ideally Price Management tools Advanced MS Office skills and practical experience with AI agents Excellent analytical skills, affinity for finance and related processes, including automation Proactive attitude and ability to combine technical skills with an astute, flexible approach to commercial issues at a global level Ability to influence and shape decision‑making processes Strong team player with energy and commitment to drive changes and work effectively in cross‑functional, multi‑cultural teams Self‑motivated, initiative‑driven, and results‑oriented Fluent in English; German and/or any European language is a plus Employee Benefits 2‑3 days per week of mobile working is standard Mobility allowance Varied further training opportunities Access to employee share programmes Further information about employee benefits can be found here We place significant emphasis on fostering an inclusive and flexible working culture that encourages everyone to be their authentic selves.
