Job Description
  1. Lead the global accounting function, defining strategy, operating models, and transformation initiatives.
  2. Manage and develop the global accounting team, overseeing training and professional growth.
  3. Shape Kanadevia Inova’s Shared Service concept and play a key role in ERP solution design and deployment.
  4. Drive the creation, analysis, and reporting of key accounting KPIs, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  5. Supervise the application of accounting principles, ensuring compliance and effective communication across stakeholders.
  6. Coordinate external financial audits and reporting, ensuring compliance with IFRS and local GAAP.
  7. Support M&A activities, financing, and internal controls, collaborating with Business Units and the parent company.
Qualifications
  1. Degree in Accounting, Finance, Controlling, or Business Administration; (CPA, ACCA, or CIMA certification is preferred).
  2. 10+ years of accounting experience in an international industrial company, with proven leadership in group accounting.
  3. Expertise in developing and managing local and global accounting/finance structures.
  4. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data for diverse audiences.
  5. Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, IFS) and Microsoft Office; experience with reporting/consolidation tools (e.g., Tagetik).
  6. Knowledgeable in IFRS and local GAAP; familiarity with project accounting rules is a plus.
