Your responsibilities
- Ensure alignment between company policy and customers’ requirements
- Coordinate the Customer Quality activities and be the focal point and the responsible for managing customer activities
- Manage the compliance of the organization and promote internally customer requirements including Parker Meggitt Lean activities
- Manage and support customers audits and visits including problem-solving activities
- Provide support to the team to ensure that the quality activities within the development and projects processes are compliant to the customers’ requirements, to the applicable regulations and standards, as well as to the internal quality system
- Ensure the Quality Development Team provides support to Engineering teams and expertise for design and safety requirements relevant to the certification of the products
- Perform internal audits in all departments and follow corrective actions
- Manage and develop a team of 5 people, while implementing all the management related tasks in accordance with HR policies (including individual and departmental objectives definition, performance evaluation, development plan definition, etc.)
Who we are looking for
- Engineering Degree in mechanical, electronics or microengineering (HES/EPF or equivalent).
- 5 years of experience in a similar position within an industrial environment and experience in managing a cross-functional team
- Proficient with problem-solving methods and tools
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to deal with people at all levels of the organization
- Collaborative and team-oriented
- Hands-on, fast learner, and inspiring leader
- Fluent in both French and English
Ideally, you will also have
- Knowledge of civil and military aviation regulations is an asset, as well as exposure to manufacturing/maintenance processes
