Junior Quality Coordinator

Our Client is part of a well-known International Food Group, specializing in producing high-quality Swiss chocolate and ensuring its products adhere to strict quality standards.

Currently, they are searching for a highly motivated Junior Quality Coordinator.

This is a multifaceted role that focuses on distribution quality, product quality, and operational quality. The ideal candidate will bring a strong combination of technical expertise, customer orientation, and adaptability.

Location: Fribourg, Switzerland

Work Type: Full-time, Hybrid possible, Permanent

Experience: Minimum 2 years

Languages: French (minimum B2), English, German (plus)

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of metrology and SAP ERP
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage consumer complaints and customer inquiries.
• Support packaging development and validation.
• Update product sheets and client portals.
• Supervise packaging receipt controls.
• Act as quality lead for cross-functional projects.
• Oversee laboratory controls and update standards.
• Contribute to HACCP and Food Safety reviews.
• Manage inter-departmental training and consumables.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (HES or equivalent) in a relevant field, or a confirmed technician with at least 3 years of experience.
• Strong project management skills.
