Wir suchen dich als Customer Advisor ab sofort für unseren Shop in Zürich

betterview revolutioniert den Markt der Augenheilkunde in der Schweiz: Augenlaserbehandlungen und der refraktive Linsenaustausch sollen für alle zugänglich gemacht werden - und das in einer Umgebung, in der sich die Kunden absolut wohlfühlen. Deshalb setzen wir als Marktführer in unseren Shops auf Ärzte mit jahrelanger Erfahrung kombiniert mit der neuesten Lasertechnologie und Shops in Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Damit unsere Behandlungen auch wirklich vielen Menschen die Lebensqualität zurückgeben können, bieten wir ein innovatives Finanzierungsmodell mit Raten an und setzen auf eine vollständig digitalisierte Arbeitsweise.

Mit mittlerweile über 100 Mitarbeitenden und neun Standorten in der Schweiz sind wir hier zum Marktführer geworden. Doch wir wollen nicht stehen bleiben: Dieses Jahr expandieren wir bereits nach London - mit dem Ziel, auch dort die Augenheilkunde zu revolutionieren.

Aufgaben
  • Du empfängst unsere Kunden herzlich vor Ort, verstehst ihre Sorgen und Probleme und findest immer eine passende Lösung für sie
  • Nach der Einarbeitung berätst du unsere Kunden über unsere Behandlungsangebote und nimmst erste technische Messungen vor
  • Du bist für die Beratung und den Verkauf zuständig
  • Du bist für die Erreichung der Umsatzziele verantwortlich
  • Du erledigst administrative Aufgaben und führst die elektronische Agenda
  • Du koordinierst medizinische Anliegen mit unseren Ärzten
  • Du unterstützt bei der Einarbeitung neuer Kollegen
Qualifikation
  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung
  • Du hast bereits Erfahrung im Bereich Verkauf und Beratung
  • Du legst hohen Wert auf Genauigkeit und Sorgfalt
  • Du bist emphatisch, offen und kommunikativ
  • Du liebst den Umgang mit Menschen und hast einen gepflegten Auftritt
  • Du sprichst und schreibst sehr gut auf Deutsch, Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
