  1. Supporting the Product Leadership Team (PLT) and addressing production issues related to established active pharmaceutical ingredients (API).

  2. You will collaborate closely with various departments while considering production constraints, safety, quality, and environmental aspects.

  3. Additionally, you will evaluate the scientific relevance of laboratory trial requests within the PLT team (e.g., homologations).

  4. Participating in optimization/improvement projects of established processes.

  5. You will also be involved in identifying opportunities for optimization of commercial processes (e.g., deviation and product portfolio analysis).

  6. Planning and coordinating the activities of your two laboratory technicians.

  7. Editing reports to track R&D investigations/optimizations.
