Mit Fokus auf SAP Digital Manufacturing (DM), MES-Integration und S/4HANA-Transformationsprojekte schafft das Unternehmen die digitale Brücke zwischen Shopfloor und Topfloor.AufgabenStrategische Leitung und Weiterentwicklung des Beratungsbereichs SAP Digital Manufacturing.Verantwortung für Kunden-, Team- und Projektmanagement in komplexen Fertigungsprojekten.Fachliche Führung und Coaching von Projektteams (SAP DM, MES, MII, S/4HANA).Steuerung von Digital-Factory-Roadmaps und Integration von Shopfloor-Systemen.Enge Zusammenarbeit mit C-Level-Stakeholdern, IT-Leitung und Produktion.Unterstützung im Pre-Sales, Angebotserstellung, Solution-Design und Thought Leadership.Beobachtung von Markt- und Technologietrends, Aufbau strategischer Partnerschaften.ProfilMehrjährige Erfahrung in der Beratung und Implementierung von SAP DM, MES, MII oder PP/PP-PI.Tiefes Prozessverständnis für Fertigungs- und Produktionsprozesse.Nachweisbare Projektleitungs- oder Managementerfahrung im SAP-Umfeld.Kenntnisse in angrenzenden Themen (IoT, Edge-Integration, S/4HANA Manufacturing) von Vorteil.Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Führungsstärke sowie strategisches Denken.Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.Das wird gebotenAttraktives Vergütungspaket (bis 150.000 € fix + Bonus).Dienstwagen.100 % Remote-Option oder hybride Zusammenarbeit in modernen Offices (Berlin, München, Köln u. a.).30 Tage Urlaub + individuelle Arbeitszeitmodelle.Persönliches Weiterbildungsbudget & Zertifizierungen.Gestaltungsspielraum in einem stark wachsenden Zukunftsfeld.Direkter Einfluss auf Strategie & Portfolioentwicklung.KontaktInteresse?
