Aufgaben

  1. Unterstützung des Managements bei der Umsetzung strategischer und operativer Ziele
  2. Koordination und Optimierung der Zusammenarbeit zwischen verschiedenen Abteilungen
  3. Analyse bestehender Prozesse und Entwicklung von effizienten Lösungen
  4. Leitung und Überwachung von bereichsübergreifenden Projekten
  5. Erstellung und Präsentation von Berichten, Statistiken und Entscheidungsgrundlagen
  6. Organisation und Moderation von internen Meetings und Workshops
  7. Aktive Unterstützung bei Change-Management-Initiativen
  8. Sicherstellung einer klaren und effektiven Kommunikation zwischen internen und externen Stakeholdern

Qualifikationen

  1. Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Management oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  2. Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position, idealerweise in einem dynamischen Umfeld
  3. Ausgeprägte analytische und organisatorische Fähigkeiten
  4. Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
  5. Versierter Umgang mit MS Office und Projektmanagement-Tools
  6. Kommunikationsstärke und Fähigkeit, verschiedene Interessen zu koordinieren
  7. Proaktive und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Eigeninitiative
  8. Freude an der Arbeit in einem vielseitigen und anspruchsvollen Tätigkeitsbereich
