OverviewWe are looking for an experienced IT Manager to support clinics in their digitalization journey. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up the right IT infrastructure, minimizing onsite issues, and reducing level 1 support needs. Your focus will be on driving digital transformation, streamlining clinic processes, and ensuring technology is an enabler for improved care delivery.ResponsibilitiesIT Infrastructure Setup & Optimization: Design and implement scalable IT systems and solutions to reduce onsite issues and improve long-term clinic operations.Digital Transformation Leadership: Work with clinic teams to identify opportunities for digitalizing workflows (e.g., EHR, patient management, scheduling) to boost efficiency and reduce manual tasks.Support Process Improvement: Proactively identify and address common technical problems to minimize ongoing support needs, allowing the focus to shift to strategic digitalization goals.Training & Support: Equip clinic staff with the knowledge and tools to use new technologies, ensuring seamless adoption and minimal disruption.Ongoing Monitoring & Innovation: Stay ahead of IT trends to introduce solutions that continue to improve clinic processes and user experiences.QualificationsLanguages: Fluent in German and French (written and spoken).Experience: 3-5 years in IT support or management, with a focus on digital transformation in healthcare.Skills: Strong background in IT infrastructure, system administration, and healthcare digital tools.Mindset: Solution-oriented, with the ability to plan and implement long-term improvements while reducing daily technical disruptions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
