Job Description:

Manager Quality / Safety / Inspection

For our QMS / Safety / Inspection department at Leister Technologies AG, we are looking for a communicative and assertive personality with a flair for detail.

Responsibilities:
  • Technical and personnel management of the team of 3 employees
  • Maintenance, documentation, and continuous improvement of the ISO 9001 QM system
  • Collection and analysis of quality indicators including the development of cross-departmental measures to reduce quality costs
  • Planning and conducting internal audits as well as selecting, training, and coordinating internal auditors and supporting supplier audits
  • Responsible for employee training in the areas of quality, management system, and safety
  • Supporting the management on quality issues
Your Profile:
  • Completed higher technical or electrotechnical basic training, e.g. TS/FH
  • Further training and experience in quality management and occupational safety in a manufacturing company (mechanical/electrical engineering)
  • Experience with ISO 9001 and occupational safety according to EKAS
  • IT knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems as well as very good German and good English skills
