Teamleader Mechanics

For our Mechanical Production department at Leister Technologies AG, we are looking for an independent, assertive and goal-oriented personality with a medium-term option for succession planning as a department manager.

• Technical and personnel management of the team of 11 employees
• Professional deputy in the absence of the head of department
• Responsibility for the fine-tuning of PPS production orders within the production team
• Planning and realization of equipment and prototype orders
• Ensuring the transfer of know-how for technical production processes as well as the independent setup and maintenance of tools and machines
• Formulating technical requirements for machine, tool, equipment and fixture construction for the attention of the department manager
• Creating and maintaining documentation for production, quality assurance and production planning

• Completed mechanical vocational training
• Further technical and/or business management training (e.g. process technician HF, technical business management assistant, NDS business management HF) or similar
• Management experience is a mandatory requirement
• Sound IT and ERP knowledge and very good German and intermediate English skills
