TOM PARKER ist ein schweizerischer Vermittler von Fach- und Führungskräften, spezialisiert auf Stellen im Supply Chain, Industrie und Engineering in der Schweiz und in Deutschland.
Für unseren Kunden aus der Region Zürich sind wir auf der Suche nach einer/einem High Voltage Testing Laboratory Engineer (80-100% m/w/d).
Aufgaben:
- Durchführung von elektrischen, thermischen und spezialisierten Tests für unsere Hochspannungsbuchsen-Produktlinie. Entscheiden Sie selbstständig, ob diese intern oder extern durchgeführt werden, dabei beachten Sie die verfügbaren Ressourcen und das Budget.
- Eigenständige Durchführung von internen Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) mit unseren Kunden sowie Routine-, Typ- und Spezialtests nach Bedarf.
- Sicherstellung der vollständigen Funktionalität und Sicherheit unserer Labore, einschließlich Aktualisierung der Wartungspläne, Anweisungen und Schulungsmaterialien.
- Gewährleistung der erforderlichen Qualität und Nachverfolgbarkeit der Produkte durch genaue Prozessanweisungen.
- Als stellvertretender Leiter der Testabteilung übernehmen Sie die Verwaltung operativer Aktivitäten, wie das Ressourcenmanagement, und unterstützen vollumfänglich unser tägliches Geschäft.
- Management von mittleren bis kleinen Projekten.
- Überprüfung und Reflexion bestehender Verfahren und Anweisungen im Rahmen des kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozesses (CIP).
Qualifikationen:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik oder ein gleichwertiger Abschluss, bevorzugt Bachelor oder Master of Science.
- Berufserfahrung im Bereich Hochspannung, in der Prüfung oder mit elektrischen Maschinen sowie Erfahrung in einem Produktionsumfeld sind von Vorteil.
- Kenntnisse der Normen ISO 9001 und ISO 17025.
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
- Ausgeprägter Teamgeist, hohe soziale Kompetenz und Freude an der Arbeit in einem multikulturellen Umfeld.
- Flexibilität und Begeisterung für Technologie.
- Proaktive Herangehensweise an Problemlösungen.
- Organisierte Persönlichkeit mit der Fähigkeit zur Prioritätensetzung.
