We are currently looking for a highly motivated Content Creator & Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team in our new brand offices in Renens – Lausanne Area.

The role will be to enhance our online presence and engage with our community. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sustainability and technology, coupled with a proven track record in social media platform management and content creation.

This position is 100% on site.

YOUR MISSION

1. Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute social media plans aligned with Freshape's mission and marketing goals.
2. Content Creation & Optimization: Produce high-quality, platform-specific content (text, images, videos) to engage target audiences and optimize visibility.
3. Community Engagement: Build and nurture an active, positive online community by promptly responding to audience interactions and fostering conversations.
4. Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to inform strategy and improve results.
5. Trend & Platform Expertise: Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and digital marketing innovations to keep Freshape ahead of the curve.
6. Campaign Management: Plan and manage organic and paid social media campaigns, including budgeting, audience targeting, and optimization for ROI.

YOUR PROFILE

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
2. 3+ years of experience in content creation, social media marketing or digital media specialist roles
3. Proficiency in using social media platforms and analytics tools
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a plus
5. Strong proficiency in creating and using visuals (images and videos) for effective content creation
6. Creative thinking with attention to detail and the ability to multitask
