Quality Engineer Join us at Johnson & Johnson as a Quality Engineer. We’re looking to drive the future of quality assurance by implementing risk‑based qualification and supporting the transition to paperless qualification tools like KnEaT in a dynamic, high‑impact pharmaceutical environment. Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for equipment and system qualifications. Define strategy and necessary qualification documentation for new projects. Support implementation of digitalization projects with a focus on paperless qualification. Drive continuous improvement of internal qualification processes using a risk‑based approach. Ensure proper lifecycle management through evaluation of deviations, planned changes, and decommissioning activities. Support internal and external inspections. Qualifications Practical experience in equipment qualification, room qualification, and risk‑based qualification. Hands‑on experience in commissioning and qualification with a strong emphasis on risk‑based approaches (KnEaT qualification tool). Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Technology, or equivalent. Minimum 3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical environment with knowledge of regulatory qualification requirements for equipment, systems, and cleanroom technology. Strong sense of quality and responsibility. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. Fluent in German and good command of English (written and spoken). Proficient with MS Office and strong IT skills. Benefits This role offers a competitive hourly rate. The contract will run for 12 months.
