Zur Verstärkung der Abteilung Quality Engineering suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine Persönlichkeit als
Quality Engineer –Manufacturing (m/w/d), befristet 12 MonateDiese Position bietet eine interessante Entwicklungsmöglichkeit in der Unterstützung der Abteilung Quality Engineering und ermöglicht gleichzeitig eine vertiefende Spezialisierung im Bereich der Anlagen/ Gerätequalifizierungen und deren Lebenszyklusmanagements.
In dieser Position werden Sie seitens Qualität als Spezialist die Fachbereiche am Standort Schaffhausen bei Qualifizierungsthemen und Instandhaltungsabweichungen unterstützen. Projekte von der Idee bis zur Realisierung betreuen und als etabliertes Teammitglied umsetzen. Dabei sind Sie verantwortlich für die Gewährleistung der regulatorischen, sowie lokalen Qualifizierungsanforderungen und die Freigabe dokumentierter Nachweise die seitens Engineering erbracht werden.
In dieser äußerst faszinierenden, vielseitigen und verantwortungsvollen Rolle wird Ihr Tag durch die tägliche Interaktion mit verschiedensten lokalen und globalen Partnern, sowohl intern als auch extern, abwechslungsreich und spannend gestaltet. Der Schlüssel zum Erfolg liegt dabei in einer guten Kommunikation, dem lösungsorientierten und systematischen Arbeiten sowie Ihrem Organisationstalent.
Hauptaufgaben- Sicherstellen der Einhaltung von Behördenanforderungen in Bezug auf Anlagen, Räume und Gerätequalifizierungen
- Umsetzen globaler und lokaler Standards in Bezug auf periodische Überprüfung von GMP-Räumlichkeiten, Anlagen und Geräten
- Verantwortlich für die Strategie und Definition notwendiger Qualifizierungsdokumente.
- Unterstützung bei der Implementierung von Digitalisierungsprojekten mit Fokus auf papierlose Qualifizierung
- Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der internen Qualifizierungsprozesse
- Gewährleistung der korrekten Umsetzung des Lebenszyklus durch Bewertung von Abweichungen, geplanter Änderungen und Stilllegungen
- Abweichungsmanagement im QMS und SAP
- Support an internen und externen Inspektionen
Wir suchen eine selbstständige und starke Persönlichkeit, die mit einer zielorientierten und strukturierten Arbeitsweise vorangeht. Eine hohe Lernbereitschaft ist für uns ebenso wichtig wie folgende Qualifikationen:
- Mindestens Bachelor Abschluss von einer HS/FH im Bereich Engineering, Chemie bzw. Pharmatechnik oder vergleichbares
- Erste Erfahrungen in einem Pharmazeutischen oder Medizintechnischen Betrieb mit Kenntnissen in den regulatorischen Qualifizierungsanforderungen für Anlagen, Systeme und Lagerräumen
- Ausgeprägtes Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Kommunikative Fähigkeiten und eine zielorientierte Persönlichkeit, um erfolgreich im Team zu arbeiten
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch, sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Gute bis sehr gute MS-Office und IT-Anwenderkenntnisse
