ERP is the cornerstone of digital transformation, and we're at the forefront, simplifying complexity and empowering businesses to excel in the digital age. As a Delivery Lead, you'll lead the charge, transforming client challenges into innovative solutions through Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Responsibilities:
- Overall project planning, control and independent management of ERP implementations with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM.
- Central point of contact for solving all customer and employee challenges.
- Control & management of project goals (budget, deadlines, project quality).
- Compilation of the leadership and management of the project teams on a multinational and interdisciplinary level.
- Supporting the sales team in the preparation of offers for potential and existing customers.
- Methodical responsibility in agile implementation of projects according to Avanade methodology.
Qualifications:
- Proven consulting skills with significant client-facing experience.
- Passion for continuous learning, coupled with sharp business acumen and stellar time management.
- Ability to effectively manage client expectations, ensuring alignment with project deliverables.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Comprehensive understanding of business processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM or comparable ERP solutions.
- Experience managing and leading teams, both onshore and offshore, is advantageous.
