The Group comprises of Crypto Finance AG, regulated by FINMA in Switzerland, which offering trading and custody services. As of 25 January 2025, Crypto Finance secures a MiCAR license for the European market as one of the first providers in the EU. Crypto Finance AG is a SIX-approved crypto custodian for ETP issuers. The starting date is as soon as possible in our office in Zurich, Switzerland. Key Responsibilities Ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of daily settlements in fiat and cryptocurrencies among various international counterparties Operate different kinds of crypto wallets and user interfaces Warrant the correct and timely distribution of documents and messages among all parties involved in the settlement process Ensure proper liquidity management Handling SWIFT instructions Open accounts for newly onboarded clients Manage DVP (Delivery Versus Payment) and FoP (Free of Payment) settlements in line with industry standards Implement operational best practices Ensure financial operations are at current technical standards, and that tasks can be executed in an operator-friendly and efficient manner Work in close cooperation with other team members, including traders Demonstrate a proactive interest in blockchain technology, staying informed on developments and applying relevant innovations to operational processes Requirements Experienced working in operations at a financial institution, preferably in a small team High level of attention to detail and accuracy in combination with a proactive or hands-on mentality and eagerness to focus on the specifics Structured method of working and comfortable managing multiple priorities Ability to work effectively within a team, and willingness to take on responsibility and work independently Analytic and result-oriented thinking Excellent organizational and time management skills Knowledge of crypto assets and related processes Proficiency in both spoken and written English and German Ability to handle database queries; VBA / Python skills are a plus Benefits Become a part of a leading company in the crypto asset space in Switzerland Join one of the largest global market infrastructure providers in realizing its major digital assets strategy – with a clear vision to become one of the main players in the industry in Europe Take part in and contribute to weekly knowledge sessions on crypto assets Gain deep insights into crypto asset trading, market making, execution strategies, settlement, custody, etc. Work in an inspiring, dynamic, and rapidly growing industry Join a team-oriented and entrepreneurial culture with high ethical standards Culture Innovation and Continuous Learning Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing Entrepreneurial Spirit and Flat Hierarchies Values such as Excellence, Delivery, Ownership, Passion, and Unity Please note We do not accept CVs from recruiting or staffing agencies.
