Today, Albedis AG, as an independent company of the Interiman Group SA, offers a wide range of services in the field of Human Resources throughout German-speaking Switzerland. Together with the sourcing team, you will run online talent acquisition campaigns and will identify suitable candidates and talents in the IT, Pharma, and Fintech sectors for our client assignments in Switzerland. AUFGABENBESCHREIBUNG : Join the sourcing team in the day-to-day business of specialist recruitment with administrative support, candidate acquisition, profile screening, first contact, contract negotiations, interviews and final placements. Coordinate with and be a reliable point of contact for candidates and hiring managers from first contact to final place (360° recruiting). Coordinate interviews with potential candidates and hiring managers. Assist with the implementation of digital candidate acquisition measures. Manage existing clients, acquire new clients, and strengthen long-term client relationships. ERFORDERLICHES PROFIL : A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent formal education) is required; applicants in the final stages of their degree are also welcome. Practical experience or a background in recruiting, IT, pharma, or life sciences is considered an advantage. Fluency in German (B2-level) and English is essential. You are efficient, a quick learner, digitally savvy, communicative, creative, a team player, and take responsibility for assigned tasks. You also communicate with candidates and hiring managers in a courteous and professional manner. Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, internet keyword searches, as well as a solid understanding of SEO and SEM principles are expected.
