Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult potential and existing clients on digital identity-related matters, covering our technology, regulatory requirements, and business aspects.

  • Conduct internal research and prepare presentations – become a Subject Matter Expert.

  • Manage projects with our customers (project plan, reporting, ensure delivery).

  • Coordinate with clients and the Procivis development team and align them into project goals.

  • Support the sales team in RFIs/RFPs.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, demonstrating the additional benefits of our solution.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A successfully completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics or software development.

  • At least 5 years of experience in consulting, including project management with a strong technology focus.

  • Proven experience as the main point of contact for clients, demonstrating excellent service orientation and strong communication skills.

  • Experience in working with Atlassian tools and MS Office 365 (especially Excel).

  • Ambitious team player with strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.

  • Strong willingness to learn and a can-do attitude.

  • Solid understanding of technology concepts (e.g., APIs, Cryptography) and how to apply them in a regulation framework (e.g., eIDAS) is a plus.
