Consultant – Strategic IT-Sourcing (80-100%)

As a boutique consulting firm, we are currently seeking a Consultant – Strategic IT-Sourcing (80% - 100%) for our Zurich office. Are you a recent graduate eager to embark on a consulting career? Do you have practical experience in sourcing, or are you particularly interested in this area?

Your Responsibilities:
  • Support senior consultants in executing strategic sourcing initiatives for clients
  • Assist in identifying, selecting, and evaluating suppliers
  • Participate in contract negotiations with vendors
  • Prepare presentations, documentation, and reports
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on sourcing strategies
  • Contribute to the development of the sourcing department
  • Assist in the implementation of sourcing tools and technologies
Your Profile:
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or equivalent degree in a relevant field such as law, business, accounting, IT, engineering, or science
  • Relevant professional experience in IT sourcing or a strong interest in software licensing is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and meticulously
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS365)
  • Fluent in German (Swiss German preferred) and proficient in English
