  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von HR-Strategien, die unsere Unternehmensziele und Kultur fördern und weiterentwickeln.
  • Aufbau und Förderung von gezielten Schulungs- und Weiterbildungsprogrammen sowie Karriereplanungen zur nachhaltigen Entwicklung unserer Talente.
  • Verantwortung für die Personalgewinnung und das Onboarding neuer Mitarbeitender
  • Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte in allen personalrelevanten Angelegenheiten.
  • Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von HR-Prozessen und -Systemen, inklusive Lohnbuchhaltung, Arbeitszeiterfassung und Personaladministration.
  • Gestaltung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Arbeitgebermarke, um Talente zu gewinnen und langfristig zu binden.

Dein Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich HR, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt HR. Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im HR-Management, idealerweise in einer Führungsrolle.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in allen Bereichen des HR-Managements sowie ein gutes Verständnis des Schweizer Arbeitsrechts. Erfahrung in der Gastronomie und/oder im Event-Management sind von Vorteil.
  • Eine motivierende, empathische und teamorientierte Führungspersönlichkeit, die über ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und hohe Sozialkompetenz verfügt.
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office und idealerweise Erfahrung mit HR-Software wie Mirus und Personio.
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie die Fähigkeit, auf allen Ebenen souverän zu kommunizieren.
