Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated MBA Intern to support the EPD supply chain organization on key transformational projects. This role involves evaluating and selecting planning systems, simplifying and automating supply chain processes, and outsourcing non-core operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Planning System Evaluation: Collaborate with IT and planning teams to evaluate options for a new planning system for EPD. The current system will become obsolete, and the objective is to define a new system for all EPD regions (one system for all).
  2. Supply Chain Operations: Define core and non-core activities within supply chain operations (including customer service, logistics, procurement, and documentation). Focus on identifying and implementing next steps for non-core activities to streamline processes.
  3. Long Range Planning: Drive the long-range planning process for one of the key brands to ensure supply security over the next 2-8 years.
  4. Strategic Planning: Gain experience in evaluating and selecting planning systems for a global organization.
  5. Process Optimization: Learn to identify and implement process improvements and automation within supply chain operations.
  6. Project Management: Develop project management skills through leading key transformational projects.
  7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT, planning, and supply chain teams to achieve project goals.
  8. Supply Chain Strategy: Understand long-range planning processes and their importance in securing supply for global brands.

Qualifications:

  1. Currently pursuing an MBA with a focus on supply chain management, operations, or a related field.
  2. Strong analytical and project management skills.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
