We are at the forefront of launching innovative Biosimilars and complex therapeutics in emerging markets. Our team is dedicated to ensuring the timely and successful execution of these critical programs, contributing to our growth targets and global impact.

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated Global Supply Chain Biosimilars MBA Intern to support the EPD supply chain organization on key initiatives related to the biosimilars.

Biosimilars Sample Coordination:

  1. Cross-functional work (Operations, Suppliers, Regulatory, Quality, Market, etc.) to identify the samples needed to support the successful submission and launch of Biosimilars in Emerging market countries.
  2. Create an efficient tool to handle, manage, prioritize, and execute the Biosimilars sample, reference standard, and reagent.
  3. Develop a sample management process and train other functions to use this process/tool and reduce the amount of email currently needed.
  4. Understand and support the NPI on-time execution to deliver the Biosimilars launch on time.

Global Supply Chain Execution Improvement:

  1. Work with key Global Supply Chain Functions to provide the most efficient Global Supply Chain Execution.
  2. Learn from the Ops team involved in the Pembro Saudi localization the key steps to develop a guidance tool to accelerate any new localization (including Tech transfer agreement, MSA, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support Biosimilars launch preparation by providing the required samples.
  2. Facilitate cross-functional connections to collect requirements and coordinate sample planning and supply execution.
  3. Improve Biosimilars localization and process execution with the main target of delivering expectations faster and with higher efficiency.

Qualifications:

  1. Strong analytical and project management skills.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
