Deine Mission

  • Du führst und betreust Kund:innen mit Fingerspitzengefühl, Charme und Professionalität

  • Du übernimmst die Leitung und Steuerung digitaler Projekte – von der ersten Idee bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss

  • Du behältst Timings, Ressourcen und Budgets im Griff und koordinierst alle Projektphasen

  • Du hilfst mit Konzepte, User Stories und Wireframes zu entwickeln, die nicht nur gut klingen, sondern auch funktionieren

  • Du arbeitest eng mit Designer:innen, Entwickler:innen und Strateg:innen zusammen, um aussergewöhnliche digitale Lösungen zu realisieren

  • Du präsentierst Ideen, erstellst Offerten und sorgst für eine reibungslose Kommunikation zwischen Team und Kundschaft

  • Qualitätssicherung, Analyse und Reportings gehören für dich genauso dazu wie das kreative Denken

Darum lieben wir dich
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im digitalen Projektmanagement (am liebsten in einer Agentur)
  • Ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für digitale Trends, UX und Web-Technologien
  • Du bist kommunikationsstark, souverän im Kundenkontakt und kannst komplexe Inhalte verständlich vermitteln
  • Du behältst den Überblick – auch wenn es mal hektisch wird
  • Du bist analytisch, strukturiert und hast eine hohe Affinität zu digitalen Medien
  • Erfahrung mit agilen Projektmanagement-Methoden? Super Falls nicht, lernst du es bei uns
  • Du kannst kreative, strategische und technische Anforderungen unter einen Hut bringen
  • Du denkst nicht nur mit, sondern auch voraus
