Wir suchen einen Director of Finance für unser Mandarin Oriental Savoy, Zurich Team.

Das Mandarin Oriental Savoy, Zürich befindet sich im Herzen der Altstadt, im Hauptgeschäftszentrum, in der Nähe der Freizeitattraktionen der Stadt und nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Ufer des Zürichsees entfernt. Das Hotel verfügt über 80 Gästezimmer und Suiten sowie drei gastronomische Einrichtungen, darunter ein ganztägig geöffnetes Restaurant, ein Spezialitätenrestaurant und eine Lobby Lounge. Das Hotel ist ideal für Meetings und Veranstaltungen geeignet.

Als Director of Finance übernehmen Sie die Leitung und Führung in allen Angelegenheiten, die mit dem Finanzbetrieb des Hotels zusammenhängen. Sie entwickeln und liefern genaue und zeitnahe Finanzberichte zur Unterstützung des Entscheidungsprozesses der Geschäftsleitung und führen interne Kontrollverfahren durch, um das Vermögen der Eigentümer/Investoren zu schützen und die Einhaltung der Vorschriften zu gewährleisten.

Als Director of Finance werden Sie verantwortlich für folgende Aufgaben sein:

  • Leitung, Management und Unterstützung der Entwicklung, Implementierung, Aufrechterhaltung und Verwaltung aller Finanzkontrollen und Buchhaltungsverfahren.
  • Aktive Beteiligung an der Suche nach Möglichkeiten zur Verbesserung der Rentabilität des Hotels.
  • Leitung/Überwachung der Buchhaltungsabteilung zur Gewährleistung der Effizienz der Finanzoperationen.
  • Beaufsichtigung der Erstellung aller Finanzberichte und Prognosen gemäß dem festgelegten Zeitplan.
  • Überwachung der Einnahmen/Ausgaben und Sicherstellung der korrekten Aufzeichnung von Informationen.
  • Einrichtung und Überwachung aller internen Finanzkontrollen.
  • Unterstützung des Managements im Kapitalplanungsprozess und Koordinierung der Entwicklung des Jahresbudgets.

Als Director of Finance erwarten wir von Ihnen:

  • Umfassende Erfahrung als Finanzcontroller in der Buchhaltung des Gastgewerbes, idealerweise im Luxussektor.
  • Effektive Management-, Führungs-, Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
  • Fähigkeit zur Erstellung aller Finanzberichte.
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Informationen zu analysieren und zu verstehen.
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch und Deutsch.
  • Fähigkeit, Prioritäten zu setzen, um Fristen einzuhalten.
  • Fortgeschrittene Excel-Kenntnisse und Kenntnisse von Systemen wie Opera, Sun, Delphi, Hyperion und Micros System bevorzugt.
