Job Summary
We are seeking a visionary Senior Director of Finance Transformation who possesses a transformative mindset and a proven track record in leading high-impact change initiatives within a finance function. This role will spearhead the strategic evolution of our finance operations, leveraging technology, process enhancements, and cross-functional collaboration to drive efficiency and innovation.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: Several years of progressive experience in finance transformation, ideally with a focus on automation, robotics, and technology-driven initiatives.
- Project Management: Demonstrated success in project management, delivering tangible results in complex transformation projects.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Proven ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive change and achieve organizational objectives.
