Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in area of specialty
- 5 to 7 years of experience in the field
- Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- Performs a variety of tasks; leads and directs the work of others
- Reports to Regional Manager
- Should be managing and handling Enterprise/midsize & SME accounts
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for B2B sales
- Experience selling IT hardware & Software products
- Responsible for completing targets
- Only responsible for generating Enterprise Business/SMB (Small Medium Business)
- 5 to 12 years’ experience and core competencies in Enterprise/Mid-Market Origination
- Relevant experience in selling IT SOLUTIONS comprising Software, Hardware, Networking, Security, IMS, and Cloud
- End-to-end sales closure - including hunting, needs identification, basic solutioning, pitching, and closing deals with mid-size and large organizations
- Well connected with OEMs in Server Storage, Networking, Security, and Cloud Domain
- Key responsibility: IT Infrastructure support services/Solution Selling/Managed Services & Enterprise Network Management Solutions
Requirements:
- Proven account management or other relevant experience
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
- Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity
- Ability to prioritize among competing tasks
- Problem-solving skills
- Excellent time and project management skills
- Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
- Ability to establish & maintain working relationships with OEM principals, Vendors & Suppliers
