Ta mission
  • Gérer un portefeuille de clients bancaires existants et garantir leur satisfaction
  • Assurer l'interface opérationnelle avec les clients au quotidien et la conformité des activités avec les politiques et directives IT et de sécurité
  • Agir en tant qu'Incident manager et Problem manager pour ses clients
  • Assurer la liaison entre les clients et les équipes
  • Gestion et suivi des contrats de Managed Services
  • Implication lors des activités d'avant-ventes
  • Gestion de l'amélioration continue
Ton profil
  • Expérience professionnelle de plus de 5 ans dans le domaine de la gestion des services Informatiques/IT (bonne compréhension des infrastructures IT : serveurs, réseaux, postes de travail et applications)
  • Bonne connaissance des process ITIL
  • Sens du service client et excellent relationnel, sérieux, rigueur, respect des procédures
  • Capacité d'analyse et de synthèse, esprit d'initiative
  • Tu parles Français et Anglais couramment, l'Allemand est un atout
