Missions Piloter des projets applicatifs et de transformation digitale, de la phase de cadrage jusqu’à la mise en production. Assurer la direction de la livraison applicative en étroite collaboration avec les équipes métiers. Manager une équipe de 20 développeurs nearshore, garantir la qualité des livrables et le respect des engagements de délai et de budget. Définir et suivre le planning, le budget, les ressources et les indicateurs de performance. Assurer la communication régulière avec les parties prenantes (équipes business, IT, direction) afin d’assurer la transparence et la bonne coordination des actions. Identifier les risques et opportunités, proposer et piloter des plans d’action adaptés. Garantir la qualité, la conformité et la pérennité des solutions livrées. Accompagner la conduite du changement et l’adoption des nouveaux outils au sein des équipes utilisatrices. Profil Formation supérieure en gestion de projet, informatique de gestion, ingénierie ou équivalent. +5 ans d'expérience en pilotage de projets applicatifs ou de transformation, idéalement dans le secteur assurance ou bancaire. Maîtrise des méthodes de gestion de projet (Agile, Waterfall, hybride) et des outils associés (Jira, MS Project, Teams, Power BI). Bonne compréhension des environnements techniques IT Excellentes compétences en communication, coordination et gestion du changement. Leadership naturel, sens de l’organisation et orientation résultats. Esprit analytique, autonomie et capacité à évoluer dans un environnement en mutation.
