The PositionFoodlicious ist unser Tagesgeschäft
Aus der Taverne Roche ist in über 30 Jahren ein erfolgreiches Gastronomieunternehmen im Bereich der Gemeinschaftsgastronomie entstanden. Die Tavero AG ist eine 100% Tochtergesellschaft der F. Hoffmann-La Roche. An den Standorten Basel und Kaiseraugst beschäftigen wir rund 350 Mitarbeitende aus über 37 Nationen.
Unser Angebot reicht von Staff Restaurants die Vielfalt leben, Restaurants der gehobenen Küche mit exzellentem Service - dem Fine Dining, Cafeterien mit Köstlichkeiten aus aller Welt und Kaffee in allen Varianten, gezaubert von unseren Baristi, bis zu den höchstgelegenen Lounges der Schweiz, über den Dächern der Stadt als traumhafte Afterwork Spots sowie Take Aways von Sushi bis Burger und dem ersten und einzigen Club der Roche Geschichte. Im hauseigenen Culinary Store findest du ausgewählte Produkte, feinste Köstlichkeiten aus unserer huusgemacht Linie und erlebst bei spannenden Kochkursen unsere Leidenschaft gemeinsam mit uns.
Zusätzlich bieten wir unseren Gästen Sitzungszimmer- und Eventcatering für bis zu 1500 Personen an. Die öffentlichen Gatronomien, das Schöpfli im Park und das Chez Jeannot im Museum Tinguely, komplettieren unser Angebot.

Restaurant Manager / Koch EFZ per Juni 2025.
Deine Aufgaben:
Verantwortungsvolle Gastgeberfunktion mit aktiver gastfreundlicher und betriebswirtschaftlicher Führung der Sportplatzgaststätte "Sportivo"
Termingerechte Bereitstellung und Produktion des Food Angebots für das ganze Outlet
Respektvoller Umgang mit dem Produkt
Erstellen der benötigten Mise en Place und verantwortlich für den reibungslosen Ablauf im ganzen Outlet
Zubereitung nach Rezeptur, inkl. Degustation und kontinuierlichem Verbesserungsprozess, Kreativität ist erwünscht
Einhalten von Hygienebestimmungen (TQM / HACCP)
Sichere Warenbewirtschaftung, inklusive interner und externer Bestellungen sowie monatlicher Inventur
Zubereiten der Speisen vor den Gästen
Verantwortlich für die Instandhaltung der Maschinen und Geräte in der Küche sowie für die Meldung möglicher Betriebsstörungen
Bereitschaft zu Sondereinsätzen ausserhalb der üblichen Arbeitszeiten, Durchführung von Anlässen
Führung und Motivation der Mitarbeitenden
Dein Profil:
Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch mit mind. 3 Jahren Berufserfahrung (exkl. Ausbildungsjahre)
Idealerweise verfügst du über ein Wirtepatent
Leidenschaft für das Kochen und den Gästeservice
Freude daran, Gäste aktiv zu betreuen und eine gastfreundliche Atmosphäre zu schaffen
Du bist ein Organisationstalent
Du bist flexibel und hast die Fähigkeit, in einem dynamischen Umfeld zu arbeiten
Du verfügst über gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, um deine Kunden kompetent beraten zu können
In einer digitalen Welt wünschen wir uns zudem, einen sicheren Umgang mit Computerprogrammen (MS Office)
