SEA Performance Manager - Scale High-Budget Google Ads Campaigns (Remote in Europe)

Location: Fully remote (Europe-based candidates only)
Salary: €40,000–€60,000 + performance-based bonuses

About the Role

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a high-performance, data-driven environment and is eager to optimize and scale Google Ads campaigns for ambitious e-commerce brands.

  • Own & Scale Campaigns – Manage and optimize Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) for online stores.
  • Unlock Growth Potential – Use data-driven insights to scale campaigns profitably.
  • Be a Client Partner – Work closely with brands to ensure high ROAS, CPA efficiency, and revenue growth.
  • Innovate & Optimize – Develop compelling ad copies, refine targeting strategies, and test creative solutions.
  • Level Up & Share Knowledge – Participate in weekly masterclasses, team strategy sessions, and continuous training.
What’s Required
  • Google Ads Expertise – 2+ years of experience managing high-budget campaigns (€50,000+/month).
  • E-Commerce Experience – Hands-on experience with Google Ads for online stores.
  • Agency Background – Previous work in a performance marketing agency (strong advantage).
  • Analytical & Creative Mindset – Strong ability to analyze campaign data and create engaging ad strategies.
  • Languages: German (Native or C2), English (B2+).
