Community Associate (M/W)

Your Tasks
Front Desk & Customer Management
  1. Greeting customers and guests in our Business Center
  2. Assist in proactive customer retention, satisfaction and resulting success within our business center.
  3. Administrative and operational support for our customers with their requests
  4. General reception activities, such as processing incoming and outgoing mail, supervising the switchboard, and procuring office materials
  5. Organization/coordination of events and community events

Center Management
  1. Quality management and compliance with our Regus standards
  2. Coordinate daily cleaning performance as well as required center maintenance activities.
  3. Daily routines for opening and closing the business center
  4. Set up of our office and conference rooms

Your Profile
  1. High self-motivation and performance orientation, as well as flexible and independent work
  2. Diplomatic, tactful and calm when dealing with customer problems and escalations
  3. Open to challenges and changes (can-do mentality)
  4. Very good knowledge of German/French and English, both written and spoken
  5. Successfully completed vocational training, gladly also beginners
  6. Preference to work for and with people
  7. A well-groomed external appearance is a matter of course
  8. Strong communication skills and service-oriented approach
  9. Proficient in MS Office 365.
