We are expanding and are looking for a Configuration Manager (m/w/d) to strengthen our customer teams as soon as possible in Wetzikon.

MISSIONS:

1. Prepare technical repercussion sheets and change requests for decision and validation.
2. Coordinate and monitor progress on changes.
3. Prepare Technical Repercussion Sheets and MOD Proposal Dossiers for MOD closure.
4. Ensure the interface with stakeholders involved in the changes.
5. Prepare, organize, moderate, and document meetings.
6. Support the drafting/review of some processes.
7. Deal with Standards requests.

Requirements:

DESIRED PROFILE:

• At least 5 years of experience in Configuration and Aerospace sector.
• Configuration Management / Change Management experience.
• Experience in SA/LR/A350 programs.
• Capable of approving drawings (installation assemblies).
• Good Change Management Process knowledge.
• Medium TMC knowledge.
• Very good English (written and spoken) is required; German language would be a plus.
• Good negotiation, project management, and communication skills.
• Able to act as an interface with other program departments, with the Design Office, plants, FAL, Contracts, Certification, and Customer Support.
