Technical Project Lead (m/f/d) One of our biggest telecom clients is looking for a Technical Project Lead in the Zurich region. Responsibilities and Duties Take technical responsibility for the M&E infrastructure (energy supply, air conditioning, security and fire protection systems, and building management systems) at Sunrise network locations in Basel, Bern, Valais and French‑speaking Switzerland. Plan and coordinate M&E infrastructure new, conversion and demolition projects. Manage M&E infrastructure capacity. Oversee external specialists, including obtaining and checking offers, orders, invoice verification and follow‑up calculations. Develop and implement optimization measures to improve stability, performance, energy optimization and reduce operating costs in the infrastructure area. Assist in lifecycle planning of infrastructure systems, including budget planning. Provide technical support to the company organization. Requirements: Must haves Basic training in electrical engineering. Further training in a technical field (FH or HF studies or similar) and experience as an electrical project manager, project manager building automation, etc. Professional experience in ICT. Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Project). Independent, structured, solution‑oriented working style (60‑80% field service). Fluent in German, French and English.
