Maintenance Coordinator

1. Planning and coordination of all Field Support maintenance activities including customs
2. Communication with customers/CAMO and coordination of all Field Support maintenance activities
3. Preparing of Field Support offers and full SAP administration incl. open Work Order
4. Coordination of spare parts and logistics with different stakeholders
5. Finalizing of Work packages after maintenance events
6. Monitoring of internal and external KPIs related to all Field Support maintenance activities

1. Firm understanding of aircraft maintenance practices and processes (EASA Part-145/CAMO)
2. Good SAP and MS Office knowledge favorable
3. Advanced English skills spoken and written, German skills favorable
4. Highly motivated, customer focused, take initiative and a can-do attitude by handling multiple tasks simultaneously and ensure correct prioritization of tasks to meet a set schedule in a dynamic, high-pressure environment
5. Above-average commitment with willingness to work flexible hours, including outside office hours (on-call service)
6. Good organizational and problem-solving skills dealing with different stakeholders
