- University degree in Engineering or formal Maintenance Technician Qualification
- Experience with aircraft operations, maintenance, and project management
- Strong organizational skills, ability to cope with change in a dynamic work environment, and ability to work under pressure
- Willingness to travel
- Good knowledge of English and German (written and spoken), and well developed communication skills
- Positive and goal-oriented attitude, flexibility, and ability to take the initiative
