These are your key tasks: Execute correctly the operational and customer service activities for Ocean Freight and Rail shipments according to the instructions and guidelines of the company Organize and manage ocean freight and rail transportation for export and crosstrade FCL and LCL shipments. Establishing the necessary transportation documents. Controlling transportation flow and provide "track&trace" services for the customer. Take proactive actions in case of any delay / irregularity. Capture all necessary data in our ERP System, follow up shipments and provide feedback to the customer Establish quotations and invoices Provide a "top in class" customer service to our internal and external customers Requirements Successful 2nd level education ("Sekundarschule" or equivalent) Diploma as "Speditionsfachmann/- Fachfrau" or equivalent in logistics / transportation industry Any additional professional training in the field of transport logistics and/or commercial activities are desirable Minimum 3 years experience in freight logistics operations and customer service Experience in sales, marketing as well as experience in rail transport and/or international trucking are desirable Know‑how of CargoWise or similar ERP operating system Good know‑how level in XLS, PowerPoint, Word applications Fluent in German and English, both in oral and written.
