For our sites in Switzerland, based in Yverdon-les-Bains or Muntelier, we are looking for a What we are looking for: Coordinate medical device implementation projects together with R&D, Quality, Operations and our customers, ensuring completion within the agreed scope, timeline, quality requirements and budget. Lead and coordinate the project team, fostering effective collaboration and clear communication with all stakeholders Identify risks and opportunities during the project and develop appropriate mitigation strategies Define and execute validation and qualification activities together with Quality Assurance, in compliance with relevant medical regulations (e.g. ISO 13485, 21 CFR Part 820, MDR) Identify issues and drive continuous improvement actions (productivity, waste reduction, process robustness) What makes you a great fit : Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Medical Technology or another relevant technical field Experience in plastic injection processes and/or injection molds, or strong motivation to develop this expertise Experienced and rigorous in technical data management and ERP system configuration Proficient with 3D CAD software (SolidWorks / Creo) English and French are a must, German a strong plus Why you’ll love working with us: An open and dynamic company culture, short decision-making processes, and an open-door philosophy 6 weeks of vacation Attractive social benefitsOpportunities for individual development Regular team events Loyalty bonuses #J-18808-Ljbffr
