We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Off-cycle Internship Program within our Cyber Detection Services (CDS) Delivery Management team.
You’ll get to:
- Collaborate in delivering high quality end-to-end management of cyber detection from the requirement stage to production.
- Maintain and improve the CDS infrastructure through the maintenance of SharePoint, Gitlab, Confluence, and PowerBI.
- Be responsible for service transition activities, including dispatching and migration of tasks among CDS teams.
- Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve high quality of cyber detection deliverables.
You’ll be working in our UBS Cyber Defense team. As we continue to evolve in the cloud, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated intern to join our Cyber Detection Service unit in Zurich. You’ll be a driving force in shaping and enhancing our cyber defense capabilities alongside a motivated and empowered team committed to perpetual improvement.
Your expertiseWe’re looking for a candidate who:
- Has completed at least 4 semesters of a Bachelor degree, preferably in a MINT topic or graduated no longer than six months ago (Bachelor or Master degree).
- Possesses general knowledge of SDLC and has a strong interest in Cyber Technology.
- Has a sound understanding of infrastructure tools: SharePoint (Forms), Gitlab (Issues), Confluence (Documents) and PowerBI (Reports).
- Is very organized, able to work independently and to execute many types of tasks.
- Can follow process and procedures with an attention to details and data accuracy.
- Possesses strong communication skills and able to work well with internal and external stakeholders and colleagues.
- Is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines.
- Has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative.

Your programThis paid internship will last 6 months. You’ll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You’ll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations. You’ll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of our teams.
You’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way. If you like challenges, enjoy learning and want to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
If you have a successful internship, you may get an offer to return for our Graduate Talent Program after you’ve completed your studies.
