We’re looking for a Business Architect to join the COO F2BD team and help drive UBS’s front‑to‑back digitalization agenda through cloud and AI innovation. You will: Partner with business and technology stakeholders to co‑create scalable, intelligent solutions that support UBS’s operational strategy. Architect end‑to‑end solutions that align with UBS’s F2BD strategy and digital operating model. Translate business objectives into architectural designs that leverage Microsoft Azure and AI capabilities. Identify opportunities to embed automation and AI into business processes, improving efficiency, resilience, and client outcomes. Ensure architectural alignment with UBS’s enterprise standards, governance frameworks, and risk controls. Support the COO F2BD team in delivering digital capabilities that enhance client journeys, data‑driven decision‑making, and operational excellence. Stay current with emerging technologies, especially in Azure, AI/ML frameworks, and data platforms. Your team You’ll be part of the COO F2BD technology group, a strategic team at the heart of UBS’s digital transformation. The team works closely with business leaders to deliver capabilities that are not only technically sound but also aligned with business priorities and regulatory expectations. Your expertise Proven experience in enterprise or solution architecture, with a strong understanding of business process transformation. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders and influence decision‑making. Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services and AI/ML platforms, including GenAI, M365 Copilot, and enterprise AI assistants. Strong understanding of architectural principles such as Domain‑Driven Design, data architecture, and quality attributes. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, observability tools, API Management, and modern integration patterns. Familiarity with UBS’s digital principles, governance frameworks (e.g., MERs, RLIs), and quality assurance practices is a plus. A collaborative mindset and a track record of working across business and technology teams to deliver impactful solutions.
