Bei Baloise durchlaufen wir in unserer Asset-Management-Abteilung eine Datentransformation. Unser Ziel ist es, eine datengesteuerte Organisation zu werden, was den Aufbau einer robusten Cloud-Datenplattform, die Verbesserung von Datenprozessen und die Förderung einer besseren Zusammenarbeit zwischen den Teams umfasst.

Als Teil unseres Business-Intelligence-Teams liegt dein Hauptfokus auf der Konzeption, Erstellung und Pflege hochwertiger Datenprodukte wie Data Warehouse, ELT-Pipelines und Data Marts. Während sich dein Fachwissen auf die Datenverarbeitung konzentriert, trägst du auch zur Analytik bei, indem du sicherstellst, dass die richtigen Daten für die Entscheidungsfindung zugänglich sind.

Deine Aufgaben:
  1. Entwerfen und Entwickeln von Datenprodukten: Du kümmerst dich um Aufbau und Verwaltung eines Data Warehouse und von ELT-Pipelines auf Microsoft Azure, um sicherzustellen, dass sie zuverlässig und effizient arbeiten.
  2. Integration und Sicherstellung der Datenqualität: Du konsolidierst Daten aus verschiedenen Systemen, um sicherzustellen, dass sie sauber, strukturiert und für die Beteiligten leicht zugänglich sind.
  3. Unterstützung von Analysen und Berichten: Du entwickelst Data Marts, um Geschäftsanwendern den Zugriff auf strukturierte Daten für Einblicke und Berichte in Bereichen wie Portfoliomanagement, ESG und Immobilien zu ermöglichen.
  4. Zusammenarbeit mit Geschäftsteams: Du arbeitest eng zusammen mit Geschäftseinheiten, um deren Datenanforderungen zu verstehen und Datenlösungen bereitzustellen, die sowohl mit den Geschäftszielen als auch mit den technischen Möglichkeiten übereinstimmen.
  5. Aufrechterhaltung der operativen Exzellenz: Du gewährleistest die kontinuierliche Leistung, Zuverlässigkeit und Skalierbarkeit der von dir erstellten Datenprodukte, um langfristige Geschäftsziele zu unterstützen.
